Correct: Implementing a run-time debugger or a post-mortem trap-viewer or
that like is no problem as soon as a module Ref exists. Implementaions exist
at Uni Linz and have successfully been interated into ModulaWares
AlphaOberon.

But as it sounds, there is no way to implement a mosule Ref :-(((
