The standard oo2c already supports CygWin32 Beta 19 (or Beta 20, with
the newest gc).  Stewart Greenhill is working on interface modules to
the WinAPI, i.e. on a translator from C header files to O2 INTERFACE
modules.  For this I need to add some code to oo2c to deal with
certain Win32 pecularities (calling convention, alignment of record
fields, etc).  I hope to have the necessary code in 1 or 2 weeks.  No
guarantees, of course.  Also keep in mind that we need to do some
testing of the oo2c/WinAPI combination before we can report any
success.
