New COMPLEX math modules

I have alpha versions of the ComplexMath & LongComplexMath modules which
have been uploaded to cognac.  These modules HAVE NOT been tested but
should be complete.

If anyone has used complex numbers in an application and would like to
test these modules in that application, please do so and report back any
problems.

This completes all the modules for which I volunteered.  I will be on a
brief hiatus from the ooc project in order to finish off the SPARC
code generator for o2c (which will be ported to ooc).  I'll still be
listening in and will fix up any bugs on the modules I've contributed.
