New Math module available

I've uploaded an initial release of a machine independent IEEE single-precision
floating point implementation to cognac.informatik.uni-kl.de/pub/ooc/incoming/lib.
Most functions have been tested on a SPARC host with the exception of the
hyperbolic trigonometric functions (but they should be working).

Please feel free to use this package in place of the o2c Math library for your
target machine. I'd be very interested in hearing from you on how this library
works on a non-SPARC IEEE machine.

I will be generating some benchmarks which compare this package with the native
o2c Math module once I have a native SPARC compiler code generator ready which
can use this new module.

If you encounter any problems or anomalies please leave me some mail describing
the exact inputs to a given function(s) which caused the problem so I can
attempt to reproduce the problem.

Regards,
	Michael
