Luckily this site is in my neighbourhood (ie. Canada) so it was no problem
getting through.  All I found though were the definitions for the ISO
Modula-3 standard modules.  I've uploaded them to cognac at
/pub/ooc/incoming/lib under the name ISODefs.zip.
