[ This announcement is a bit premature.  I could not move the new files
  to www.uni-kl.de.  Juergen, running update-ooc-www.csh got me a
  "www-uni.uni-kl.de: Connection refused" message.  Would you please
  check this and get the script back to work? ]

Here is a small update for oo2c.  It fixes several minor bugs.  Most
importantly, you will need this to install the XML parser out of the
box. 

Regarding the discussion GPL vs LGPL on c.l.o: I sent email to the
people holding the copyright of library modules and its documentation.
No one had an objection against making the library modules LGPL.  I am
still waiting for a statement from Mike Griebling, but I do not expect
a veto from his side.  Hopefully I can change the license of the OOC
library modules to "Lesser GPL" real soon now.

Changes:

o Fixed several bugs in oocn.

o Added an error message if a record value is passed to a receiver of
  pointer type.

o Fixed some glitches in the handling of hierarchical module names.

o Some fixes to make installation more portable with regard to size_t.
