oo2c on Alpha/Digital Unix

under the URL

you can find the latest patch for oo2c_64-1.4.0h.  It has been tested
successfully under Digital Unix (OSF1 V4.0 878) on an Alpha system
(alphaev56-dec-osf4.0d).  I was able to install the compiler with gc
and libtool enabled.  Using the latest X11 bindings (also in the
"beta" directory) I got the `Fern' program to run remotely on the
system.

I expect oo2c_64 to run flawlessly under Linux/Alpha as well.  In a
way this closes a Debian bug report against oo2c.
