While trying to port oo2c to CygWin 32 I once found this problem, too. I fixed
it using conditional compilation within the C code, using something like
#ifdef _WIN32 #endif. I think this is ok and should be inserted into the
normal distribution, because it ensures that the code will only be compiled
for OSs where the correspondig flags exist.
