This update of the OOC Reference Manual includes 

   - a new chapter `Language' that supplements the Oberon-2 language report
     for OOC.

   - changes to the oo2c chapter, which reflects the unbundling of `gc' from
     the distribution of oo2c.

   - HTML files are now divided into chapters to ease viewing.
