This update of the OOC Reference Manual includes a new chapter that is the
"official and exhaustive" guide to oo2c, as well as a section on random
numbers and various other small revisions.  

The OOC Reference Manual can be viewed online at

Michael plans on including the OOC RM in the oo2c distribution, which should
be in the next release of oo2c (v1.3.3).  Note that this will only include
the texi source files and resulting info files, and not the other formats.
