New version of UnixCalc

An updated version of UnixCalc (1.3), a command-line expression-
evaluating calculator with extended numbers, full math support,
and logical operations has been released which now uses the new
OOC library modules.  Several bug fixes have also been incorporated 
and there is now a `help' command.
