I've put all modules together.  They can be found on cognac in
pub/ooc/lib, the sources directory is archived as lib-970115.tar.gz

These files only work with oo2c.  See the file lib/sources/THISDIR on
how to get them compiled.  Except for OakIn/OakOut none of the IO
modules is functional (they are all empty, in fact).
