New Integer, REAL, LONGREAL conversion files

Gentlemen,

Due to some bugs Michael found, I've been forced to update the following
modules which are located at cognac in /pub/ooc/incoming/lib :

  LRealConv (was LongConv) -- totally changed conversion algorithms
  LRealStr (was LongStr)   -- totally changed conversion algorithms
  LRealMath (was LongMath) -- minor changes due to exponent changes
  LowLReal (was LowLong)   -- minor bug fixes
  LComplexMath (was LongComplexMath) -- minor name changes

  RealConv                 -- conversion algorithm accuracy was improved
  RealStr                  -- conversion algorithm accuracy was improved
  RealMath                 -- minor changes due to exponent changes
  LowReal                  -- minor bug fixes
  ComplexMath              -- minor name changes

  OakIn                    -- minor name changes
  OakOut                   -- minor name changes
  OakMath                  -- minor name changes
  OakMathL                 -- minor name changes

  IntConv                  -- no changes
  IntStr                   -- no changes
  ConvTypes                -- no changes

Please note that I finally changed the names of the former Long* modules as
was requested a while ago.  Please make sure any references to these modules
get changed to LReal*.

If anyone else has any problems with these modules please let me know.
