Here, in xTech Ltd. we are looking with great interest to any
activity in Oberon/Modula areas. I hope that OOC project will invent
de-facto standard for Oberon libraries, which we need so much for the 
success of Oberon-2.

It may be useful (at least for us :-)) if the following consideration
will be taken into account.

There are at least 3 products which supports both Oberon-2 and Modula-2
(ModulaWare compilers, GPM/GPO and XDS). In all this cases, it is 
possible to use ISO M2 library set in Oberon. It'd be odd and frustrating
for a user to have two modules with the same name and almost the same
interface, one from ISO M2 set and another from OOC O2 set.

I've already pointed out this consideration when "Oakwood Guidlines"
were prepared. I think that one of the possible way is to use module names
that differ from ISO M2 modules, like O2ConvTypes.
