The Ulm compiler is for a very early version of Oberon-1, when it still had
seperate definition and implementation modules. Borchert appears to have
rejected all progress since then as heretical :-). This of course makes the
library sources uncompileable without major modification. I don't know what
Borchert's attitude would be to collaborating with an Oberon-2 project.
